Adecco Group seeks “lean” Deployment Change Consultant
immediate consideration for our corporate Financial Services client.

Position: Deployment Change Agent
Pay rate: Depends upon experience
Length: 6+ months W2 contract
Pay rate: depends on experience
Location: New York, NY

Summary and Responsibilities:


Leads the effort to develop and implement new or revised processes, procedures, initiatives. Takes deployments from original concept through final implementation, provide a central point of contact for assigned deployments. Define deployment scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, deployment estimates, resource plans and status reports. Support the diagnostic, design and deployment of the client’s lean Way methodology part of an integrated deployment team.


Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management.
Oversees specific initiatives as part of a deployment that may include various phases and large cross functional deployment teams.
Develops personal work plans and deliverables for work streams for which they are accountable
Runs deployment meetings, gallery walks and help drive deployment tracking and analysis.
Participate in updates to senior leadership regarding deployment status and the application and implementation of new or revised procedures, processes, and tools
Designs, implements, and monitors the progress of design changes, milestones, and budgets to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met.
Manages critical relationships with consultants and vendors, internal end users, and business customers/leadership.
Provides information and/or training to end users to help resolve inquiries related to assigned processes, procedures, and/or initiatives.
Provide targeted analytical support where current resources cannot provide support (e.g., excel analytics)
Lead and participate in data gathering, analysis and synthesizing diagnostic findings
Facilitate discussions and gain commitment to new future state design
Assist unit and deployment team in designing lean tools and process changes
Participate in implementation and active refinement of future state during implementation
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Broad understanding of “lean” Way tools and work with deployment team and CoE leaders to adapt them to the unit going through deployment



Required qualifications:


10+ years of related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Additional Preferred requirements:


Legal background a plus!
Lean Methodology a must!
Ability to work with Stakeholders
Should be able to show proven deployment history
