Job Title: Change Management Lead

Estimated Length: 1 year

Description:

The World’s Largest Search Engine” is looking for a Change Management Lead to oversee implementation of all new product and or/processes in the specific operations. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher multiple, simultaneous projects through the entire project lifecycle; this includes managing project plans, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices and time zones, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. The lead requires an expert knowledge in logistics operations with superb project management skills and a proven track record of delivering results. It will also require collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, so excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must. Attention to detail is critical, but must be balanced with keeping an eye on the big picture to ensure competing dependencies are aligned for key milestone dates.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in operations or analytics (econ, math, stat) or equivalent

● 2+ years combined experience in Logistics Operations and/or Project/Program Management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience of delivering training and change management to an outsourced workforce

● Demonstrate a clear understanding of the technical and operational challenges of e commerce

● Experience delivering multiple projects with responsibility for a project team

● In-Depth knowledge of SQL, Excel

 

Responsibilities:

● Lead, plan and prioritize all rollout project activity

● Partner with key stakeholders for alignment on timing, required resources and

expected outcomes of rollouts

● Provide quality control on new features / processes and provide timely feedback

upstream to Operations

● Ensure rollout planning and ongoing activity is properly documented to facilitate clear

internal and communication

● Communicate, orally and on paper, to senior stakeholders
