• Oversee daily operations and administrative processes of all departments

• Resolve issues and conflicts as they occur

Proven experience as COO for a CPA firm or other professional services firm category
• Understand the needs of the diverse business functions of the firm such as HR, IT, marketing, accounting, office services and client service deliverables
• Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, plan and implement strategic initiatives
• Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
• Positive attitude with motivational and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of and ability to integrate required technology
