Claims Analyst II III

Adecco staffing is recruiting for our client EPIQ systems for both Claims Analyst II and Claims Analyst III positions.

We have positions starting on the 29th and the 6th.  Starting pay is $14-$15 an hour.  Positions are work from home, lots of room for upward mobility.

Described below is the position and requirements, please apply immediately as positions will fill fast!

Candidates to target:
•    Previous claims processing experience.  We’re looking for experience in Insurance or mortgage claims (claims, processing, doc review or auditing)
•    Database experience/knowledge (3 years or more a plus)
•    Understanding data structure
•    Analytic skills – identify problems and potential solutions
•    Attention to detail and ability to exceed quality standards
•    Critical thinking skills – looking for ability to deep dive in data, able to think through a process end to end, ability to think outside of the box
•    Flexibility and Adaptability – can shift projects and priorities as dictated by management
•    Experience meeting goals and production metrics
•    Strong Written and verbal skills
•    Must have a stable work history 
•    Those with call center/formal office environment tend work best 
•    WFH experience would be ideal – at minimum must meet our functional WFH requirements

Potential questions for candidates:
•    Part of this job involves data validation. Can you tell us about any similar work you have done in the past? (looking for people with QC, QA, billing, auditing, claims, processing experience)
•    Tell me how you would handle a situation where you don’t agree with the a process procedure that was provided to you? (looking for people who are not going to stray from procedures because they don’t agree)
•    When new to a new process or job, what training style works best for you? (not looking for 1 on 1 training answers as we mostly do group trainings)
•    Tell me about a time where you didn’t meet your goal or failed at something, what did you do? (looking for people who can overcome hurdles. Not someone who says they always meet their goals.)
•    Rate computer skills (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced) for Word, Excel, Outlook. 
•    What programs have you used in previous jobs? (Looking for CRM, CMx)
•    At your last job, how many programs did you have to use at one time and how many different passwords did you have to remember? (5-6 or more programs/passwords would be best)
•    Tell us about a time when you needed help or assistance from a supervisor to continue working, but one was not available.  What did you do?
•    Tell us about a specific situation where you had to multi-task and adjust quickly to changes in your daily work.  What specifically did you do, and what impact did the change have on you?
•    Give me an example of an important goal which you had set in the past and tell me about your success in reaching it.
