Claims Enhancement Initiative Manager

Adecco is looking for a Claims Enhancement Initiative Manager to work in the Saint Louis, MO area. Position Responsibilities:

· Ensure appropriate day to day management of outsourced staff

· Host weekly meetings with Legal, IT, Accounting and Operations

· Ensure timely completion of required reporting both internal and external

· Develop, modify and update process staffing

· Ensure appropriate documentation of vendor oversight

· Validate data files being sent to outside vendors are correct

· Review, analyze and summarize data files being received from outside vendors and report results to management

· Inform outsourced staff of pending work

· Assist in setting priorities of outsourced staff

· Review and analyze data being sent to regulators and outside parties

· Assist with Quality Control and document Quality Control efforts and results

· Ensure data reconciles between various systems and databases

· Using Excel develop ad hoc reports

· Provide IT specifications for needed system changes

· Review needed staffing models

· Monitor vendor and overall workflow to ensure deadlines are met

· Organize and update process documentation and make process improvement suggestions

· Review and approve vendor invoices

· Assist operations team with special projects or where additional capacity is needed

· Other duties as assigned


Position Qualifications:

· 5+ years in relevant management position

· Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· Ability to collaborate with other departments to drive results

· Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities

· Excellent organization skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and set priorities

· Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including presentation skills

· Excellent systems skills including Excel and PowerPoint; Access helpful

· Ability to communicate complex issues to senior management in easy to understand business language

· Ability to understand and document process flows and make process improvement suggestions

· Strong analytical ability to conceptualize possible solutions, understand all the touchpoints, and create the appropriate steps to achieve business goals

· Critical problem solving, imagination, and diplomacy

· Analytical aptitude – research, analyze, synthesize, recommend, and implement innovative and creative solutions
