Ensure accuracy of medical claims and resolve discrepancies.
Process claims and system updates.
Provide quality customer service via phone and email.
Provide all necessary follow up and administrative support.

Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Follow directions and work independently.
Understand urgency of meeting deadlines.
May require overtime during the week and weekends.
