KCC is looking to add Case Coordinator’s to their growing team in El Segundo. The Case Coordinator role is crucial in the process of auditing class action claimants. Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary along with proficient knowledge of electronic databases and the Microsoft Office Suite (heavy Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

 

The audit team will provide overall Audit functions for the claims processors.  Our responsibilities include: 

-           Review system inputs for accuracy and ensure calculations are accurately reflecting settlement benefits;

-           Verify assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation provided by claimant;

-           Evaluate high risk transactions to prevent erroneously paid claims;

-           Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation;

-           Protect assets by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures, and regulations;

-           Help develop and effectuate best practices working with the training and development department and updates to Desk Operating Procedures.

-           Serve as a conduit between management and the claims center to provide line of sight for any trending and best practices. 

-           Complete an audit of the offer coordinators, policies and procedures and make recommendations on requirements to mitigate risk exposure.
