CLERICAL ADMIN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WASHINGTON DC

Mail/Copy/Scan/Print Responsibilities:

  • Run copy, mail in a law firm environment
  • Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs, in a timely manner; utilizing a mail cart when required
  • Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages, and shipments of paper
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail and provide manager on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Hospitality Responsibilities:

  • Handle and monitor Calendar and Conference room scheduling via Microsoft Outlook or Firm designated software program
  • Responsible for break down and clean-up of conference rooms after meetings and events
  • Responsible for maintaining and stocking kitchen supplies on various floors. Must keep all kitchens clean and orderly.
  • Backfill for front receptionist:

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and understand firms' conference room scheduling software "Resource Scheduler".
  • Identify, classify, and sort documents electronically
  • Create excel spreadsheets, mail merge projects, and word documents
  • Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must become fully familiar with a variety of on-site equipment and be capable and willing to perform first-level troubleshooting
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • One-year administrative work experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills preferred
