The Mailroom Assistant Representative is responsible for,
- Assisting in the mail room, opening mail, delivery of mail, scanning document, copying documents
- Answering all incoming claims phone calls as reception when needed
-Assist as claim representative
- Data entry of the claim/problem
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information
- Researching, locating, and providing information.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information
- Completing the data entry transactions, forwarding the claim request.
- Providing quality, professional and prompt customer service.
Qualifications are:
Minimum one-year data entry experience in an office setting, mail room experience preferred
Must have proven track record of success
Proficient with basic computer/keyboard skills.
The ability to multitask
Extremely detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience with MS Outlook and WORD
High School Diploma or GED
Entry Level starting out at $10.00hr
