Location: Morristown, TN

Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Pay: $13

Duration: 1 year

Responsibilities & Details:    

  • Create and maintain Plant Wide Standard Operating Procedures & associated forms and documents.
  • Maintain, control and audit the master batch production records and associated documents.
  • Maintain the GMP and calibration records for the facility. Manage and update Document Archives of all Quality
  • Related Documents according to Company Policy.
  • Assist in developing validation protocols for various compliance initiatives.
  • Assist and manage audit documentation required to support the Supply Chain.
  • Work in conjunction with the GTC’s documentation departments to ensure uniformity in document, formula, publication, and approval.
  • Maintain plant weekly Documentation KPI’s
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures compliance programs.
  • Manage the libraries of SOPs, Formulas, Process SPIs, and General SPIs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in conducting various training classes that pertain to Quality on an as needed basis.
  • Manage training records that pertain to Quality training.
  • Managing coordination of documentation needed for Annual Submission related to NDA’s
  • Assist with the day-to-day functions of the Quality area.


  • Highschool Diploma, or equivalent years of experience in related field
  • Practical knowledge of site wide documentation system management
  •  Technical writing proficiency
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with MS Access preferred
  •  Firsthand experience participating in regulatory inspections, preferred KEY COMPETENCIES:
