Now Hiring FULL TIME Bookkeeper! 
We are looking for a team play! 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develops systems to account for financial transactions; assists in defining accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
• Balances subsidiary accounts to the general ledger by reconciling entries.
• Balances general ledger by reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Researches discrepancies and inconsistencies within the accounting software(s).
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Conducts monthly or more frequent reconciliation of every bank account.
• Conducts periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to 

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Commitment to the Company's mission. 
• Bachelor's degree in business or Accounting preferred.
• Education, training, skills, and experience necessary to carry out assignments. 
• Ability to read, write, speak and communicate effectively. Demonstrated skill in correct grammar, spelling, 
and English usage. 
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, administrative team, and the public.
• Five (5) or more years of demonstrated accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in SAGE Timberline/Point Click Care/Appfolio a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
