Temporary position for Clerical Support for data base clean up of electronic files.  

The objective will be to review current electronic database and match to a procedure to ensure required documents are in the folder(s), the naming convention is correct (or using the Work Instruction to be provide it, re-name the files), remove any duplicate files, review the contract to ensure specific information is included and noted on the Contract Tracking report.

Requirements - 

  • Computer skills (Word, Excel required)
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Critical thinking skills - self starter
  • Some legal training / para-legal would be a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor degree required
