Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for several organized Clerical Support associates in Clearwater, FL. This is for a contract opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As an Clerical Support associate you will provide support to internal and external clients, working as a team member processing requests for orders, adding and updating company database and handling a high volume of inbound calls, e-mails, and faxes. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and has exceptional time management skills. This is a contract position starting early November through mid - end of December. Day time hours between 9:00am - 5:00pm, with some OT required. Starting pay rate $12.50/hr.

Responsibilities for this Clerical Support job include:
- Assisting clients with questions pertaining to orders.
- Reviewing incoming orders, some orders are received electronically, qualified candidates will need to convert file formats.
- Process orders received via inbound calls, fax, e-mail.
- Assist internal and external clients with general questions, payment methods, and posting of payment.

Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years client service, bank operations experience a plus
- Proficient written, verbal, and data entry skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent organizational ability, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and attention to detail
