SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Mostly data entry
- Must be able to type, no hunt and peck
- Will be looking up information in one system and verifying accuracy
- Keying data into a spreadsheet
- Excellent attention to detail required
- Previous data entry experience in a Corp. environment
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working with computers

- Provides clerical support for a business unit, department or service center.
- Perform general clerical duties including answering and screening telephone calls, taking messages, filing, copying, sorting and distributing incoming mail and faxes.
- Work is generally production oriented.

- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Process and record routine items.
- Prepares outgoing mail for delivery.
- Answer phones, take messages and respond to routine inquiries.
- Operate office equipment, send faxes and make copies.
- File documents.

MUST HAVE:

1.) Attention to detail
2.) Quick learner
3.) Previous data entry experience
4.) Strong MS office (especially Outlook and Excel)

NICE TO HAVE:

1.) Previous banking experience
2.) Previous back office experience
3.) Previous experience working with credit cards or credit card company

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required and a minimum of one year's office clerical experience.
College diploma considered to be an asset.
