Adecco is working with a local leading employer to assist with locating a person with experience in the administrative field.

The position requires various communication devices, software, and hardware to successfully provide levels of service and information to customers. This individual will work as a team with fellow co-workers to educate and assist customers. Will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and complete understanding of the sequence of events related to the position when a client has an issue arise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

� Monitor and respond to alarm activity
� Communicate with customers for alarm response and general information
� Provide excellent customer service
� Communicate with police and fire departments for proper alarm response
� Maintain communication with necessary co-workers
� Schedule service calls when appropriate
� Author and revise necessary customer and account information
� General office work, including filing
� Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

� Ability to maintain and project a calm attitude in situations
� Ability to follow monitored signals to resolution
� Excellent oral and written communication skills
� Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays and be on call as needed
� Ability to work as a team with diverse individuals
� Ability to use various software programs, including but not limited to email, spreadsheets, word processing
� Ability to use various electronic devices, including but not limited to tablets, smartphones, laptops
� Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
