Adecco is assisting a top client with recruitment efforts for their Client History Interviewer positions. These are excellent customer service opportunities with a reputable financial services firm in the Franklin area! Part time and full time opportunities are available.

Main responsibilities include:
• Conducting various types of client history interviews via phone; must uphold confidentiality while handling complex calls and internal requests
• Interacting with internal and external clients, addressing needs, compiling information and following up as needed; maintaining high level of customer service
• Reviewing and editing interviews timely and efficiently, researching uncertainties using various resources provided, referring more complex questions to appropriate persons, processing work following proper protocol and outlines, utilizing company’s systems to work through client history interviews accurately
• Managing daily phone schedule and logging information to adhere to guidelines set forth
• Adhering to team performance expectations and contributing to service level goals
• Practicing efficient and respectful communication, active listening and handling requests, acting with professional, polite demeanor and upholding confidentiality
• Remain flexible and willing to participate in additional activities

Minimum Requirements:
*Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Minimum of 2 years related work experience to include at least 1 year of previous customer service experience.
*Proficient, professional written and verbal communication skills.
*Solid customer service skills.
