Client Management Specialist


Adecco Group has an opening for a 6 month Contract position as a Client Management Specialist for national client!!

Pay rate is $46.53/hour

Description

The primary purpose of this role is to implement, manage and support Client technology solutions in the area of workstations, software deployment, applications, network printers, RF and mobility in accordance with Globe Security and Compliance standards and guidelines.

Participates in and drives projects at the market, regional and global level.

This position will also act as an escalation point for Field Services and other IT Support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Coordination of software packaging requests for Global Applications, Market Applications, Build Applications, security updates, and Hotfixes between GLOBE Technology Solutions, Markets and 3rd party provider; Participation in the definition of Nestlé software packaging standards and North America IT Standards Review Board.

§ Collaborate with team lead, project managers and the markets to provide expertise, recommendations and estimates during project discovery meetings. Deliver required tasks within the established project timelines.

§ Participates in and drives projects at the market, regional and global level.

§ Proactively work to improve processes, services and team performance by taking the initiative to recognize areas of improvement. Identify areas of opportunity, see a problem, investigate issues, collect data and develop action plan to implement solutions.

§ Use extensive experience and knowledge of solutions and processes to act as an escalation point for Field Services and market IT teams.

§ Ensure solutions are implemented and maintained in accordance with Globe Security and Compliance standards and guidelines.

§ Provide Level 3 support for workstations, applications, office network printers, RF and Mobility. Facilitate problem resolution by reviewing open problem tickets, troubleshooting issues, updating tickets with current information and driving the resolution process.

Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline or 5+ years experience in equivalent IS/IT disciplines.

Experience:

• 5 or more years of hands on experience with Windows 7/8.x/10, SCCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Exchange.
• Experience working in and troubleshooting a large scale Microsoft SCCM environment.
• Strong background in troubleshooting and supporting workstations, network printers, RF and mobility technology.
• Understanding of basic Local Area Network (LAN), TCP/IP and general networking concepts
• Demonstration of working collaboratively on a Project team and ability to drive projects to successful closure.
• Experience with mobile devices (RF, Smartphones, etc) and MDM solutions.
• Experience with Print Management Solutions. Digital Sending Server, Web Jet Admin, Pull Printing / Safeco, HP Managed Print Services.
• Background in factory systems technology support
