Adecco is currently assisting our premier client in their search to fill an exciting Client Manager role. The position is primarily housed in Washington, DC, but the area of responsibility covers MD/VA/DC. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Summary:
Overseeing a select portfolio of outsourced accounts under the Area Director’s territory. Responsible for the client satisfaction and financial health of all assigned accounts. Previous experience within client services management/multi-site management, outsourcing management (BPO) is required. A background in the areas of high volume production, print and mailroom operations is strongly preferred. Knowledge of facilities management is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Active involvement on key decisions, relating to the operation and implementation of the assigned accounts.
* Troubleshoot and resolve all client, site management and site staffer issues.
* Standardize policies and procedures including statistical monthly reporting and benchmarks.
* Conduct and create model for site tours for potential clients.
* Coordinate, implement and oversee any special projects specific to the department.
* Coordinate and handle vendor negotiations with team
* Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff and counsel as necessary
* Manage assigned Proformas in terms of hours, gross margin spread, profitability and growth.
* Ensure billing methods for all accounts/special projects are adhered to.
* Meeting Client SLA’s, and creating action plans in SLA’s are not being met.
* Implement, develop and maintain assigned outsourced sites to ensure all client needs are met and all site management and staffers are developed.

Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in relationship building and operational management.
Solid understanding of basic selling skills
College degree in business, marketing, administration, organization management or related area
Exceptional computer skills
Industry related experience
Travel: up to 20%

Education and / or Experience:

College degree in business, marketing, administration, organization management or related area
3-5 years of management roles, with increasing responsibility
