Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 

The Traveling Onsite Manager serves as one of the primary client contact, as well as the initial escalation point for any client questions and concerns. Through cooperation, ingenuity, and teamwork, the Traveling Onsite Manager is responsible for aligning themselves with our client’s business objectives and creating a collaborative partnership.  The Traveling Onsite Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of services from Market to Market during the tour.

 

 

Job Duties:

  • Recruitment/Onboarding:
    • Work ensure clear understanding of the client’s business, staffing needs, culture and program expectations
    • Assist with the creation, implementation and execution of robust recruitment plans to meet the hiring needs of the client
    • Facilitate regular communication with the account management team regarding client fulfillment requests/priorities for each market, attrition trends and other pertinent metrics, both prior to and during the tour run in each market
    • Manage final interviews with candidates to ensure best selection for the client
    • Ensures positive onboarding and orientation experience for all associates
    • Participate in weekly conference calls with each market

 

  • Associate Care and Satisfaction:
    • Serve as a single point of contact for associate inquiries – addressing all inquiries and escalating, as appropriate
    • Position candidates/associates for success on assignment, including the completion of all onboarding requirements, orientation, etc.
    • Develop associate engagement programs to bolster the associate relationship and improve satisfaction and retention
    • Manage associates working onsite and foster continuous associate satisfaction through formal and informal feedback and develop and execute action plans, as needed, to address opportunities for improvement

 

 

  • Onsite Program Support:
    • Act as liaison between our client’s management, national account management and recruitment team
    • Escalate all issues/successes to account management and the appropriate corporate departments in a timely manner
    • Ensure compliance with the terms on the servicing agreement and client’s scorecard
    • Complete all back-end administrative tasks prior to associate’s first day onsite
    • Ensure that all operational SOP documents are current
    • Oversee all day-to-day operations relating to onsite activities
    • Conduct daily check-ins of Front of House staff, managing standbys & backfilling positions to ensure maximum fulfillment is achieved
    • Responsible for all employee relations issues including but not limited to: Counseling, Payroll, Time Keeping, Termination, and Worker’s Compensation
    • Coordinate the weekly shift scheduling for all associates according to client’s requirements
    • Manage all payroll, adjustments, and invoicing processes in PeopleNet and proprietary systems to ensure accurate billing on a weekly basis
    • Maintain accurate records on Strikes & Fill Rates for each market
    • Responsible for conducting "post mortem" with the client’s tour management at the close of each market and participate in the end of city scorecard review

 

 

 

 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of prior project management and training experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Adecco payroll and proprietary systems preferred
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills – both in a one-on-one setting and in a group setting
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and associate relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work with different personality types and adapt communication style to target audience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formatting, basic formulas)
  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive, exciting work environment that maintains a high morale

 

 

 

Pay Rate:  $18.00hr - $25.00hr DOE

Shift Start/End Time:  first shift/general business hours

Length of Assignment:  7 months – through end of September 2019
