Client Relations Associate/Receptionist

Adecco is assisting a local client on the southside of Jacksonville, FL in their search for a Client Relations Associate. This a full-time, temporary to permanent position. The Client Relations Associate is responsible for performing general administrative services, marketing coordination such as answering incoming calls, outbound calls, calendar management, welcoming and greeting clients to the office, maintaining the office, assist with marketing coordination, event planning and scheduling appointments.   • Prior experience appointment setting or sales role
  • 2 or more years of experience in marketing support role
  • Knowledge of retirement planning experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Salesforce CRM experience highly preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate positive and energetic disposition in a fast paced environment
  • Calendar Management
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Consistent follow-through

  • Fill the Advisors' schedules with qualified appointments 
  • Standard receptionist duties
  • Calling and scheduling prospects and consistent follow-up
  • Calling and confirming scheduled appointments 
  • Attend seminars and workshops
  • Accurate data entry into CRM system from prospecting & marketing offers. 
Pay Rate Range: $15.00-$20.00
