Client Service Center Representative Inbound

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Contract, Client Service Center Representative (Inbound) role in Earth City, MO.  Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
 
Pay Rate: $10.50 per hour
Length of Assignment:   6 months
 
Summary: 
A Client Service Center Representative (Inbound) is responsible for effectively responding to inquiries regarding services and automated systems that enter the call center via phone, e-mail, or chat session. Inbound agents work with client’s employees. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
•Work with each contact to establish rapport with and gain the confidence of the caller. 
•Deliver excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations. 
•Contribute to positive team metrics and meet pre-determined productivity standards. 
•Partner with the internal business area (e.g., ePayroll) and Internal Service Center teams for technical matters and client issue resolution, escalating issues through appropriate methods. 
•Document details of client interaction into the system while on the phone. 
•Accurately communicate call and/or special project status to supervisor. 
•Regular attendance is an essential function of the job and is required (i.e., must be prompt for shifts, must be logged into queue at start time, must have daily transportation available). 

Minimum Education and/or Experience: 
•High School diploma or GED. 
•Previous experience in the Client Service Center environment and the ability to organize work duties and perform job functions independently. 
•Must have experience with common desktop software for word processing and spreadsheets, as well as internet skills.

•Must have strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude. 
•Must be able to understand and use new technologies quickly. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
•Bachelor’s degree. 

Physical Requirements or Environmental Factors (if applicable): 
•Position is largely sedentary requiring a significant amount of keyboarding
