Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Client Service Manager role in Washington, DC. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for the right candidate!

Hiring Profile:

The successful candidate must have previous experience managing full site operations within copy and mail services.

Strong interpersonal skills (professional, customer service driven)
Previous and proven experience managing a full staff
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Excellent follow-through skills and willingness to take ownership of assignments.
Articulate with excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented and can follow directions.
Flexible but focused.
Ability to interact with people at different levels.
Professional, neat appearance.
Can work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize workload.

Two-year or four-year degree.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage all resources within the operation, including people, hardware/software, capital assets, and facilities.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
Client-Related Support Tasks
Coordinate staff schedules.
Train and mentor staff on an ongoing basis.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

1. Daily operations

Daily walkthrough and documentation
Travel arrangements
Pantry and copy supply and inventory
Ensure that mail and packages are efficiently processed and tracked onto/from the floors throughout the day.
Manage the receipt, delegation and completion of copy jobs
Manage security identification card distribution for visitors and guests

2. Client-Related Support Tasks

Equipment/Supply Vendors
Courier/Messenger Services
Building Maintenance

3. Track Requests/Maintain Metrics

Logs all requests in appropriate tracking mechanism
Document follow-up and completion of tasks

4. Provide coaching and development of staff

Maintain consistent documentation monitoring the status of each employee.
Set and communicate criteria for all staff members, i.e., responsibilities, operational issues/concerns, daily goals, service improvements, and customer service standards.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding company policies and benefits.
Develop, appraise and counsel staff in an effort to reduce turnover, ensure employee satisfaction and increase promotability of staff.
Facilitate and/or coordinate cross training of employees.
Develop training materials for all positions.
Ensure new staff is properly trained on how to perform all job responsibilities assigned to them.
Provide performance evaluations and reviews for all site employees.

Hours: Standard 40hrs
