Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting role in Oakland, CA for an Client Service Supervisor. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!Resumes must show prior Supervisory experience in order to be considered.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Must have previous Supervisory experience (preferred in a Legal setting)
- Tech savvy
- Process all outgoing USPS and UPS accountable mail
- Must know how to fully operate copy machines
- Strong Outlook, Word, Excel (Huge plus if the candidate has used or understands File Maker Pro and Lexis Nexus)
- Professional writing skills, as they will be drafting email communications
- Must be extremely organized

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
The responsibilities of the Client Service Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
▬ Responsible to ensure day to day operations are executed to the highest standards
▬ Process copy/print/scan requests submitted via by email
▬ Maintain inventory of copy paper, binders, tabs and all other document creation supplies
▬ Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, installation, word processing, and operating systems.
▬ Submit support tickets on behalf of the end-users for IT related issues
▬ Mange the Nationwide process by merging original documents
▬ Configuration of laptops and telephones for new and existing users
▬ Complete business cards order as requested
▬ Order, stock and maintain the office and pantry supplies in the designated locations throughout the service center and the floor
▬ Refill copy paper throughout the floor and troubleshoot break/fix service with the MFDs
▬ Set-up conference rooms with laptop, PowerPoint and any other A/V requirements such as video and tele-conferencing
▬ SPS liaison with end users to discuss and resolve any operational issues in a timely and effective manner
▬ Maintaining the Site Operation Manuals specific to the designated job functions
▬ Responsible for accurate data input/collection and reporting, including all required SLA performance metrics
▬ Assist clients with special projects, as required
▬ Back up reception.
▬ Hospitality (meeting set up and break, cleaning and stocking kitchens)
