Client Services Associate

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Client Service Associate in Chicago, IL. This is a long-term/ temp to hire opportunity. Responsibilities include:


  • work with commercial to enterprise-level clients to maintain a high-level of information accuracy around their existing IT infrastructure and IT spend.
  • participate in initial and ongoing customer engagements to assess their current procedures and make recommendations around the implementation of new client processes that align more specifically with their needs.
  • works diligently to continually analyze multiple information sources to maintain data accuracy and optimize maintenance coverage throughout the customer relationship.



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Cisco Smartnet experience (Preferred) 
  • Advance  Microsoft Excel Skills (Required) 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Highly professional
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Highly motivated to succeed.
  • Personable team player.
  • Ability and experience adapting to new processes and procedures.
  • Basic accounting skills.


Shift Available:


Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm


Location: 6111 N River Road, Rosemont IL 60018
