Client Services Coordinator

Adecco has partnered with a global leader in telecommunications, with offices in Rochester NY, to assist in their search for a Client Services Coordinator.

The Client Services Coordinator will work collaboratively with with key departments to help ensure quality serive is provided for internal and external Network Lifecycle Optimization partners.

Responsibilities include:

Communicate with client Point of Contact (POC) to gather site and project information required to perform service.
Inter-departmental and external communication with multiple POC’s.
Substantial email proficiency and follow-up to ensure client expectations are being met.
Document project information and client interaction in PAMS (PICS Asset Management Services) and other systems.
Problem solve and resolve client issues or concerns.
Proactively identify service issues with client facing impact and bring them to the attention of Manager with recommendations for solution.
Participate in IT development for system enhancements and testing efforts.

Process Return to Stock/Reuse and Service orders in PICS CRM system.
Prepare customer facing reporting, presentations and participate in periodic customer reviews and audits.
Participate in Quality Management System audits and preparation and maintenance of certifications.
Educate potential and existing clients about PICS services.
Contribute to development and monitoring of processes to ensure all KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and project and contract requirements are being met and/ or exceeded.
Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Support, IT and Finance Teams to execute on projects.
Act as backup for Logistics support.
Provide support for PICS audits and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Client Services processes.
Be able to prioritize competing deadlines to achieve KPI goals.

The right candidate for the Client Services Coordinator role will have a Bachelors Degree or three years of relevant experience.

Experience with Inside Sales, Support, or Cusotmer Service is desirable.
