Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Contract, Client Services Representative role in Needham, MA! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Payrate: $30.00 per hour
Duration: 6 months


This individual will be responsible for providing production support to corporate clients (not end users) who utilize our web based marketing portal or website product. This role will interact directly with Production/Software Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, Data Services and Clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving incidents and requests from clients.
Troubleshoot client issues or escalating to internal resources.
Monitoring, tracking and communicating throughout the lifecycle of an incident or service request.
Takes ownership of production related incidents including communication, escalations and follow-up for root cause analysis.
Auditing production jobs
Communicate and facilitate tasks internally based on client need and set priorities accordingly
Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual billing based on the Statement of Work and client requests
Working directly with outside print, data and email vendors

Necessary Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to lead internal and external meetings
Ability to grasp technical concepts and interact with technical and production personnel
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
Strong MS Excel, MS Word skills

Preferred Skills/Experience
Understanding of direct marketing process
Understanding of print and production concepts
Knowledge of relational database concepts
Experience with campaign management tools
Experience working with financial or insurance clients

Education:
B.A./B.S. or equivalent work Experience

Experience:
5+ years of experience with providing production support for technology applications
