One of Cincinnati’s “Best Places to Work” is looking for a Client Services Representative Supervisor in their Blue Ash, Ohio office.

The ideal candidate will have logistics, call center and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing their after-hour support of their brokerage by servicing customer accounts and carrier needs
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and the carriers
• Identify and prioritize service requests and carrier calls
• Develop and implement new hire training of new team members
• Assist Management with team member reviews and action plans


Basic (Required)
• High school degree or GED
• After hours availability (2nd shift, 3rd shift, Weekends)
• Call center and supervisory experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Data entry and customer service experience
• Work well in fast paced team settings
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
• Leads by example and maintains a high standard of work product and professionalism
• Comply with company procedures and escalate issues as needed
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in the transportation or logistics industry or call center environment

• Transportation or logistics related work experience
• Familiarity with a transportation management software
• Basic understanding for FMSCA and Department of Transportation Regulations
