Client Success Director - Remote


This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, highly successful Global Project Services Team responsible for managing the Firm’s largest and most complex global accounts. Our client has built the most comprehensive infrastructure devoted to the delivery, coordination and seamless implementation of career management services.

The Client Success Director is a key member of the Global Project Services Team, with increasing levels of responsibility based on experience in the role. The Client Success Director ensures that all day to day account operations and contracted deliverables are completed on-time, accurately and to the highest quality. Individuals in this role are relied on to work closely with Sales Leaders and will be asked to participate in creating strategic growth plans as well as advising others on their assigned accounts.

Responsibilities for the Client Success Director Job include:

Effectively lead and manage people in a project based matrix reporting structure. Direct account tasks that need to be completed – on time, on budget, accurately and with high quality in their design and presentation.
Develop & maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
Develop credibility quickly with key account stakeholders; possess a professional image to represent the Firm.
Support the Firm's sales leadership to help drive the sales strategy for each account assignment.
Proactively plan and prepare for client partner reviews - Data analysis, PPT presentations, etc.
Utilize key metrics to identify ways to recognize and capitalize on opportunities within assigned accounts.
Proactively seek out ways to expand account through increased engagement, process efficiencies and relationships.

Qualifications:


Undergraduate degree required
10 years’ account management/project management experience in related field (Talent and Change Management, Leadership Consulting, Organizational Development, Human Resources, etc.)
Proven project management experience, PMP certification preferred but not required
Platform presentation experience
Experience working with senior management to VP level clients
Travel – willingness and ability to travel
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent technical skills and aptitude
