Overview of business area or project:
Fund Administrator/ Portfolio Analyst - Middle Office Operations - CLOs

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day support for CLOs (pre and post financial crisis)
- Perform reconciliations, research and resolve discrepancies.
- Trustee Report and Waterfall review. 
- Fluent on deal closings, resets and refinancings
- CLO document review and interpretation. Compliance testing and calculations.
- Vendor management (review reports delivered and data, document issues and provide guidance)
- Ad hoc requests
- Assist in projects


Overview of department/team:
The Credit Investment Group is a top tier investment manager with $42 bn in AUM. Products include CLOs, Separate Managed Accounts, 1940 Act Funds and other Fund Structures investing in Leverage Loans, HY Bonds and Structured Products. The Middle Office Group provides operational support in all aspects including reconciliations, reporting, CLO compliance, pricing, performance, settlements and vendor management.


Challenges contractor will be facing in role: A dual platform while the team is transitioning to a single vendor.

Essential skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required
Strong Excel skills (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, data, filters)
Leverage Loan, Bond and Structured Product experience
Excellent communication skills
Basic Bloomberg knowledge
CLO expertise

Desired skills and qualifications: Performance calculation and presentation


Years of Experience suggested: 8+ years experience required at a top-tier investment manager, trustee, bank, service provider or administrator
