These exciting opportunities are for Direct Hire Permanent positions in the Beautiful Seacoast Area of New Hampshire, with openings in Dover, Exeter & Newington, New Hampshire!


CNC Machine Operators - Level II and Level III Operators, will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of CNC equipment in a fast-paced production shop. Daily activities associated with the manufacture of finished and semi-finished machined goods using automated and manual equipment and processes to meet end customer needs.

Job Responsibilities – What You Offer:

  • Ability to load feed the mechanism by lifting stock into position.
  • Machine parts by utilizing CNC machines to perform various functions, such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, boring, and broaching of metallic and nonmetallic work pieces.
  • Working knowledge of technical blueprints in both standard and metric measurements, including GD&T.
  • Working knowledge of sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
  • Grind, file, or sand surfaces of metal items, utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machines.
  • Responsible for visual and physical quality of the parts being loaded and unloaded.
  • Ability to identify and replace any broken or worn tools and make tool offsets.
  • Can do setups of previously proven jobs with little or no instruction.
  • Examination of surfaces to find defects.
  • Removal of defects and smoothing of uneven surfaces.
  • Performing inspections on product using basic measuring devices including digital height gages, calipers, micrometers, and go-no go gaging.
  • Experience with 3 – 5 axis mills.
  • Experience with CNC lathes that have multi spindles, multi turrets, and/or live tooling.
  • Maintaining proper documentation of all production and inventory in ERP system


Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience, setting up and operating CNC Lathes and/or CNC Mills
  • Experience with Swiss, Lathes, Mills and Makino is desired
  • Good understanding of GD&T and G/M codes
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Trade School Certificate and/or Associates Degree a plus



What We Offer:

Various Shifts Available

  • Weekday 2nd Shift with +10% Differential / Mon – Thurs from 3pm – 2am
  • Weekend 1st Shift with +20% Differential / Fri – Sun from 5am – 5:30pm
  • Weekend 2nd Shift with +30% Differential / Fri – Sun from 5pm - 5:30am  


Highly Competitive Pay!  Qualified Level II and III candidates are offered a $4,000 Sign-on Bonus!  If selected our Client will gladly provide a Relocation Package if needed!
