Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a CNC Manufacturing Operations worker:

    • Load and feed mechanism by lifting stock into position
    • Ability to read and interpret technical blue prints in both Standard and Metric measurements including GD & T
    • Ability to use basic measure devices including digital height gauges, calipers, micrometers and go-no go gauging.
    • Maintain inventory by verifying receipt of stock and performing necessary completion transactions in ERP system.
    • Ability to perform calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry and trigonometry, proving part dimensions
    • Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to control plan standards
    • Maintains specifications by taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
    • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
    • Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
    • Familiarity and understanding of basic Lean principles including 5S and Visual Management

    • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
    • Must have 2 plus years’ experience in CNC operation for level 1.
    • Must have 3-5 years’ experience in CNC operation for level 2.
    • Must have 5 plus years’ experience for CNC operation for level 3.
    • Must be able to do in process inspection with tools digital height gauge, optical comparator, micrometers, vernier’s, and calipers.
    • Must be able with level 2 experience should understand and be able to read or interpret GD&T symbols as well as G-code.
    • Must have the ability to choose and edit programs along with tool changes.
    • Must be able with level 3 experience have very strong knowledge of GD&T and G/M code knowledge.
    • Must have worked on 3-5 axis milling machines or 3 turrets lathes within fast pace and high-volume production environment.

CNC Manufacturing Operations positions may require some overtime. With starting pay rates at $16.20-25.00/hr, this is a great opportunity to earn some fast, and serious cash!
