Adecco is hiring a COBRA Administrator. This is a Direct Hire Job located in Rochester, New York. You will be working with a Benefits Administration company that is growing. You will be representing the COBRA Team and be the subject matter expert that will communicate with Benefit Advisors and clients. This is a highly visible position that will allow room for growth. Job Essentials:

Maintain confidentiality and security of all corporate information, and adhere to strict privacy standards including regulatory requirements (HIPAA)
Perform all COBRA and retiree billing document preparation and data entry;
Be the expert in all matters concerning federal and state COBRA regulations and processes;
Review processing and check for accuracy;
Perform policy and procedure documentation and review;
Maintain corporate databases by entering and updating data;
Act as the liaison between RBA and other Alera members for COBRA services
Ensure COBRA notices are accurate and mailed to plan participants and notify carriers of elections and terminations.
Provide direct assistance to our clients when necessary on COBRA and retiree related matters

Job Requirements:

A successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of experience in the customer service, data processing, human resources or insurance-related fields
Strong knowledge of COBRA guidelines, is preferred
Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems; detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and follow through
Highly organized and able to prioritize
Strong attention to details and the ability to work with large amounts of data and identify even the smallest of discrepancies, organize data and summarize findings
Strong internal and client facing written and verbal communication
