Adecco Staffing is assisting a client with adding an AR Account Manager (temp-to-hire) to their Shared Service Center. The schedule is 9:30 A.M-6:00 P.M, Monday-Friday. In this role, you will interact with customers via telephone and email to provide information, process transactions, and reply to inquiries about outstanding invoices and payments due. This position will manage their assigned account portfolio and will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with those accounts. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please apply.


  • Place outbound phone calls to internal and external customers
  • Process payments
  • Refer customer disputes to field personnel for final resolution
  • Make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts
  • Perform outbound collections calls in support of credit release procedures
  • Escalate customer disputes and collections situations as necessary
  • Assist team in meeting inbound service level standards


  • 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Candidate must be able to sit for most of their shift
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Make good decisions and able to research and resolve matters brought by the customer.
  • Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Pay based on experience
