In this position you will be handling past due auto finance accounts. You must ensure proper coverage of your assigned base of accounts, making sure all accounts are worked according to Company policy. This is a hands on position where you will be working closely with upper management to determine the best course of action for your accounts. You must at all times provide good customer service and maintain a good relationship with your customer base. This positions requires basic computer skills, strong customer service skills and the position requires bi-lingual Spanish / English skills, both verbal and written. These positions are temp to hire. Pay is 11.00 to 13.00 DOE. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm. Sunday hours are 10 am to 5 pm. Everyone gets one weekend day off either Saturday or Sunday a week, plus another day during the week. If working all weekend is better, there is some flexibility to adjust to have two days off Monday through Friday. Some great perks after becoming permanent include:

Company recognized holidays include: New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Employees become eligible for benefits the 1st day of the month following their 60th day of employment excluding the 401K plan which becomes available after 12 months of employment with an average of 30 hours or more worked per week.
