Type:                      Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                  3+ months

Shift/Hours:          8A – 5P


Responsibilities for this Change Management Advisor job include, but are not limited to:

Conducts change impact assessment, develops stakeholder engagement plans, and determines communication and training needs. 

Engage with Product Owners to create and execute change management plans. 

Support product owners and stakeholders in business/site engagements. 

Support portfolio activities such as stewardship, replication playbooks, training materials, benefit capture processes, and enhancement release strategy. 

Establishes feedback loop and processes to ensure we have ongoing value capture through solution adoption (e.g. surveys, tool adoption)


  • Develops change strategy based on initial change plan
  • Conducts change impact assessments
  • Develops stakeholder engagement plan
  • Determines communication and training needs
  • Identifies tools and templates needed for managing the change
  • Supports Change Management Manager in establishing sustainment process


  • Develops detailed training needs analysis and training plan
  • Develops training curriculum
  • Coordinates development of training content
  • Reviews training deliverables

Marketing & Communications

  • Develops detailed marketing and communication plan
  • Determines marketing and communication deliverable channels
  • Coordinates with vendors to develop marketing and communication deliverables
  • Note:  In collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Advisor


Qualifications for this Change Management Advisor job:

  • Creativity, good listener, analytical, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, initiative (self-starter), team player. 
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward-looking with a holistic approach
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Prosci Change management certification desired
  • TFS for team work plan
  • MS Office and project software
