Communications Coordinator

Key responsibilities include:
• Manage multiple consumer-focused mailing projects, including interfacing with requestors, writing/modifying letter content, coordinating data files and managing/reviewing proofs from the print vendor.
• Coordinate marketing communications projects throughout the project lifecycle, including writing creative briefs, managing internal/external agency rounds and budget and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with applicable stakeholders to help define their communication needs and preferences.
• Define the audience(s) to be addressed in the communication process (e.g., who they are, where they are, how they prefer to get information, reading level and health literacy requirements)
• Publish/distribute communications content as needed and ensure proper implementation

Healthcare experience is a plus. Must have an excellent attention to detail and be process-oriented, very organized and able to effectively establish priorities. Must also be able to quickly learn complex business needs and connect the dots between projects where possible.
Education requirement: Bachelor Degree

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
