•Working with leads by providing support and leadership in the development of curriculum, design and implementation of an ongoing catalog of courses geared toward the support of the broad sector of child welfare and juvenile justice services in NYC.
•Partnering with leads, project managers and CQI/Research and Design team in the learning program maintenance and continuous improvement process.
•Participating in the needs assessment process to inform the development of learning programs.
•Supporting the development of learning programs in coordination with consultants, project managers and content experts to expand the knowledge and capacity of the NYC Child Welfare Workforce.
•Managing the activities that will lead to the development, implementation and integration of diverse methods of adult learning into classroom, e-learning and experiential modalities.
•Supporting and managing the activities of each work stream team including the coordination of the subject experts and their support teams.
•Working closely with the Director of Learning Programs and Senior Director of Learning Programs, various consultants, as well as with CUNY to facilitate the timely production of deliverables.
•Supporting pilots as well as full roll outs and implementation of each learning program.
•Coordinating activities and department in support of Learning Program Development.
•Attending meetings with staff as needed and indicated to support the work.
•Conducting other activities as needed.
