Community Manager

Calling all social media superstars!

Adecco is working with a global enterprise seeking a community manager to manage its Instagram account. This role will work closely with the Social Media / Content Specialist to plan and help execute content for the page, respond to and interact with fans, mine the appropriate hashtags for best-in-class UGC, mine company global social channels for brand content to leverage, monitor other beauty brands and beauty trends to bring forth new ideas for social media executions, and much more, as detailed below.

The qualified candidate will have a passion for and experience working with beauty brands, as well as deep experience in social media community management. 

Capabilities / Responsibilities 

  • Understands and knows how to operate all social platforms including the latest and greatest updates 
  • Can understand and execute against a social strategy 
  • Can understand client Business Owner culture + business goals 
  • Can execute quality iPhone social photography for beauty content
  • Skilled in social copywriting 
  • Skilled in social event coverage 
  • Monitors metrics and benchmarks: measures progress and optimizes executions to meet KPIs
  • Skilled in and can execute social advertising on Instragram 
  • Posts content on @ArtistryStudioOfficial and executes campaigns and call-to-actions
  • Works in partnership with corporate social contact to manage and maintain content calendar 
  • Monitors Passionistas and influencers handles 
  • Engages and responds to page followers 
  • Monitors usage of global/local hashtags 
  • Mines global affiliate social channels for content to leverage
  • Leverage Hootsuite for social listening and trending conversations
  • Skilled in and will execute Instagram Live Stories
  • Will participate in weekly/biweekly touch base meetings with key corporate contacts
