Adecco is assisting a well known technology company in their search for a Community Manager. You will be responsible for engaging users, even planning, product development and reporting. This is a 6 month assignment onsite in their San Francisco, CA location. If you meet the following qualifications Please Apply Today!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Communicate customer suggestions and provide ideas for product improvement, along with expanding our community members base and generate community awareness.
-First point of contact for startups and partners that have had any type of operational issue with our startup program. Issues may range from extension requests, billing issues, transfer of credits, confusion in using our software tool etc.
-Respond promptly and professionally and to quickly work to resolve these issues or escalate them as needed.
-Contribute to documentation to enable repeatability and scaling of support efforts.
-Report weekly on response time, resolution time and satisfaction of the customers

Candidates must meet the following qualifications in order to be considered:

- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years experience is required in operations and support (within the startup and venture community.)
- Excellent communication skills as this role will communicate with external partners at all levels.
- Attention to detail and a knack for creating new processes that scale.
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Out of box thinker and problem solver
- MS Office or gsuite (gsuite experience preferred)
