Complaint Handler Jobs require candidates to: Process customer complaints by gathering information, issuing Quality Assurance Returned Goods Authorizations (RGA) initiating investigation processes and providing responses to customers as required in accordance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws and regulations. Input and updating of complaint information into electronic database, distribute copies to appropriate areas. Research and review complaint data, generate reports, and functions key communication contact for complaints.


Process customer complaints by gathering information, issuing QA RGA, initiating investigation process and providing response to customers as required in accordance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws and regulations. Assist engineering with complaint investigations. Utilize computer, etc. to input data, generate reports to customer responses and maintain lists, logs, files, etc. Assist in generation and decision making for non-reportable and reportable events. Interface with other departments, national and international contact to complete assignments, function as key communication contact for complaints. Present data to applicable government agencies, complete required paperwork. Perform other related duties as required by management.

 The starting pay rate for Complaint Handler Jobs is $20.00, plus overtime as needed.
