Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Length of Assignment: 12 months
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00a-4:00p or 8:00a-5:00p

Job Description:

This position is responsible for performing compliance reviews and analysis based upon internal, regulatory and client requirements. This position will report to a RCG Compliance Manager.

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Assist the RCG Compliance Team with annual and periodic risk assessments
• Conduct targeted compliance reviews based upon risk assessment or as needed
• Create preliminary and final reports for reviews completed for reporting to CCO and senior management
• Conduct quality reviews and testing of operational and compliance processes
• Create and monitor the progress of remediation plans put into place as a result of review activities
• Assist the CCO with special projects and regulatory examinations
• Recommend changes and/or controls to operational processes for compliance and efficiency
• Act as lead on call compliance monitoring process, including but not limited to training and coaching of new team members responsible for call monitoring activities
• Oversee calibration of RCG’s call monitoring program
• Work with call analytics tools to conduct compliance-related monitoring
• Perform internal investigations and associated written reporting under the supervision of the CCO and/or In-House Counsel as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required
• Project and/or process management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing the debt collection industry, and operational risk concepts preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products to enter and correct data, format worksheets and reports, create work papers, and presentations
• Possess strong analytical, data management, critical thinking, organizational, research, oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated problem resolution skills
