Title: Compliance Analyst I
Pay: $29.00 Hourly
Duration:24 months
Location: Raleigh, NC



Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

Overview of business area or project: Employee Compliance—this specific area in CCRO addresses compliance and regulatory requirements that address large groups of employees, rather than specific business groups. Groups in this area of Compliance include Conduct & Disciplinary, Personal Account Trading & Outside Business Activities, Policy & Training, Registration & Complaints

Key Responsibilities: Assisting the Personal Account Trading/Outside Business Interest (“PAT/OBI”) teams in with various functions, including: addressing policy questions and information requests; reviewing and processing outside business activity requests; reviewing and processing personal account disclosures; requesting, reviewing, and processing documentation regarding managed accounts; supporting other Compliance teams; and assisting on various PAT/OBI projects and initiatives.

Groups in this area of Compliance include Conduct & Disciplinary, Personal Account Trading & Outside Business Activities, Policy & Training, Registration & Complaints.

Challenges contractor will be facing in role: Possible challenges may include: addressing complex scenarios, questions, requests, and disclosures related to employee-related personal accounts and outside activities.

Essential skills and qualifications: The candidate must have the willingness and ability to learn new functions, processes, and related information; must be professional, and must be able to handle sensitive, confidential personal data.

Desired skills and qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the ambition to not only learn new skills, but to own their job functions and make her/himself an invaluable resource for the department.


Years of Experience suggested: Years of Experience suggested: As the functions and responsibilities related to this role can serve as an introduction to Compliance practices, candidates with 2-4 years’ experience would be acceptable in this role.
