Responsibilities for this Conference Room Setup Associate job include:

- Manage and respond to meeting services request via calls or email and reserves meetings in the Condeco (software) scheduler.
- Supports the facilities coordinator with assistant with the needs of company board meetings
- Create an exceptional meeting/conference experience for leadership, associates, visitors and clients.
- Coordinate the delivery of special promotions, displays.
- Coordinate with building operations the necessary infrastructure needs (electrical, data, etc.)
- Run weekly function reports and ad hock reports on meeting reservations, as requested
- Monitor the meeting rooms, surrounding rest-rooms for cleanliness. When services are required, contact cleaning services and direct cleaners as needed.
- Assist meeting attendees with basic AV equipment hook ups: laptop, TV remote.
- Ensure that catering has been delivered and set-up according to meeting request, monitor catering removal and contact catering department as needed.
- Arrange meeting tables and chairs to accommodate meeting request
- Move and set up company product displays.
- Move and re-arrange seating area furniture and re-set as needed.(set up and break down)
- Deliver equipment to meeting rooms throughout the facility: flip charts, extra chairs, easels.
- Walk the building throughout the day and re-set conference rooms to reflect a professional clean environment.
- Other Duties as assigned
- Experience in Hospitality preferred
- 1-2 Years’ experience in Conference Services or Event Planning.
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stand on feet for long periods throughout the day.
- Flexibility to work late and early hours.
- Computer Skills: meeting reservation system, outlook, Word
