Adecco is urgently seeking an experienced Construction/Project Manager to work in Holmdel, NJ!


Job Duties:

-Serve as a critical part of the building process from the very beginning, working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and inspectors 

-Create timetables for projects and schedule work on site

-Request work order changes and make decisions as to building practices in compliance with building codes

-Estimate costs, ensure materials are delivered on time, and administer the budget

-Responsible for obtaining/following up on all permits required and being the liaison with the township

-Oversee all projects in the building, follow up on delays, provide updates to the building owner

-Provide support to the Senior Property Manager and Executive Management teams

-Work with building tenants on coordinating repairs

-Coordinate all activities for pop-up vendors



-Project management experience

-Construction management experience

-Ability to provide assistance in all areas of projects, as needed, to meet deadlines

-Excellent organizational skills

-Knowledge of the exact stage of each project, causes for delay, and the ability to investigate and provide solutions for setbacks and challenges

-Experience working with permits and the township

-Strong communication skills
