Contact Center Agent

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware, software, and networking support to retail employees via phone
  • Provide order fulfillment and mobile app support via email
  • Thoroughly and efficiently document customer interactions while on the phone
  • Use customer service skills to assist retail employees and consumers to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Dependability and punctuality are a must

 

Skills

  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy in dealing with challenging customer situations
  • Prior contact center experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with photography and digital imaging a plus but not required

 

Compensation

  • Starting at $14/hr
