Contact Center Representative Information Specialist

As the frontline representative of this company, your primary function is to engage, support, provide a consultative and a remarkable experience to customers. In this role, you will deliver healthcare related information through oral written forms, such as calls, emails or chat. The CCR will navigate through multiple databases and online resources to access, analyze, and interpret information needed to rapidly respond to member and nonmember inquiries in a clear and concise manner. In addition, the position engages with all other company departments, association members, contributors, and others.

Location:  Arlington, VA

Duration:  Contract to Hire

Pay:  $15.00-$16.00/hr.

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of customer service/call center experience (Required) 2+ years of data entry (Alpha & Numeric) experience

Prior healthcare background (Preferred)

Strong customer service and problem resolution skills

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and able to learn to use multiple software programs

Excellent communication skills, phone demeanor, and etiquette Outstanding written communication skills

Experienced skills in listening, assessment, empathy, and closure Spanish (fully fluent in both written and spoken) a plus

This position requires a team player who will support the department and organizations missions.

Multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work varying shifts (Required) Call Center hours 8:30am-8:00pm
