Content Developer/Trainer

We're currently recruiting for the role of Content Developer to work in our client's Hackensack, NJ offices. You will be developing training content and training call center representatives on smartphone troubleshooting.


Creating smart phone troubleshooting contents
Training Contact Center Agents
We prefer someone who has experience in any global top tier consumer electronics smart phone program or call center

Preferred current/previous position:

Contact Center Manager
Contents Developer
5-10 years' work experience in contact centers, management, etc.
Bi-lingual preferred (English & Korean)
