Content Quality Representative

If you've ever ordered food online you've probably worked with Adecco's newest customer! They're're searching for Customer Support representatives with solid typing skills and a knack for helping people.  Experience with Google Apps and Salesforce are a PLUS!   

Convenient and centrally located, you'll be looking over the valley on the 18th floor in gorgeous Downtown Phoenix!! We'll be starting ANOTHER training class 09/10 with limited vacancy.

Requirements
- Previous administrative, support, or quality assurance experience. 
- An ability to type 40+ WPM, while maintaining outstanding spelling and grammar.
- Provide clear, concise, and courteous communication to all merchants via email response.
- Well-organized with impeccable written and verbal communications skills 
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
- Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. 
- Enter and update online content efficiently and accurately; complete edits with a high level of detail and speed. 
- Resolve menu issues and customer complaints received through our merchant menu update form. 
- Output driven, an extreme hustler, proactive with a clear call to action. 
- Positive and engaging, steadfast in providing excellent service
