This is a very rare opportunity to join one of the oldest and most established organizations in Miami, FL. Drenched in history this organization is looking to add a new member to their tight knit group.

This role needs a very strong writer to write, edit and produce copy and letters which include but not limited donor letters, printed material, monthly blogs and various other writing duties.

This role will also act as the liaison between the CEO of the organization and other departments such Graphics and Web Material.

About you: You are well known for your attention to detail, dedication to your job, enjoy being a part of an organization that helps Miami-Dade County and you live within commutable distance to Little Havana, Downtown Miami area.

Qualifications:

Five years of high-level administrative experience in education, communications, or health/public policy, as evidenced by a growth in professional responsibilities.
Bachelor degree required.
Outstanding command of oral and written English, including grammar, syntax, usage.
Editing experience required.
Exceptional communication, planning and organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple responsibilities and to pitch in when necessary to help others.
Ability to understand diverse information.
Proficiency in MS office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background and a drug test screening.
