Contract Admin

We are assisting a company in the Robinson area in filling a temporary Contract Admin position.

Job duties for the Contract Admin position include:

  • Organize and maintain contract correspondence, and create and/or maintain databases to track contracts
  • Working cross-functionally with several business units to manage creation and maintenance of contracts
  • Maintain and administer both hard copies and soft copies of executed agreements
  • Work with risk management and legal staff on contract issues; update contract templates as necessary to reflect changes in law and/or business needs
  • Assist with contract administration reporting and compliance obligations
  • Prepare a variety of other standard legal contracts as requested by the legal department
  • General administrative support for Director of Transportation Department.

 

Qualifications for this Contract Admin position include:

  • High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1+ year administrative experience, specifically in transportation, sourcing, or supply chain highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an understanding of audience-appropriate tone and demeanor.
  • Excellent Microsoft office suite skills.
